Troubleshooting Tips for Signing In

1. Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your internet browser as they provide the most consistent experience. 
   
   
2. Your username is your usually your Grand Lodge Certificate number. If you need to be reminded of what it is, click here to return to the sign in page and click Forgot Username
   
   
3. Check both the inbox and the junk mail / spam folder of the email associated with that account. If you are a Lodge Secretary it may be a general account used by your Lodge. 
   
   
4. Passwords must be a minimum of 7 characters and include 1 alpha and 1 numeric character. 
   
   
5. If you try to sign in with an invalid password 5 times or more, your account will be locked for security purposes. Please contact your regional contact for more information / assistance.
